How do subscriptions work?

All subscriptions are monthly rolling deliveries. Choose your products and they’ll arrive automatically each month.

What discount do I get?
  • Individual product subscriptions: 15% off
  • Complete System subscriptions: 20% off
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can make any changes to your subscription, including cancelling or switching products, by visiting your account dashboard or contacting customer services.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months.

When am I charged?

Your payment method is charged 2 days before each shipment.

How much notice do I need to cancel?

Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 3 weeks before your next shipment date.

Are there cancellation fees?

No, there are no cancellation fees.
