What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of skincare and nutraceutical products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Can I return opened products?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any opened products for safety reasons.

What if I received damaged, faulty, or incorrect items?

We’re very sorry if you received a damaged item. Please send us a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge within 48–72 hours.

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of skincare and nutraceutical products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email support@completebydrscs.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We’ll rectify the situation and arrange a replacement at no charge.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, though we aim to process them immediately. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

What about shipping costs?

Since we do not accept returns due to the nature of our skincare and nutraceutical products, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

However, if you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the replacement at no charge to you.
