How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or sign in to complete your purchase.
Where is my order?
Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can pause or cancel future shipments anytime via Your Account Here.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track orders by logging into your account.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items will be clearly marked on the product page. You can sign up for restock notifications to be alerted when items become available again.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options are coming soon—sign up for updates on availability in your region.
