Which vitamins and minerals matter most for skin?

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Biotin and copper support skin and hair, and copper also supports normal connective tissue.

What matters just as much is the form and the dose. Dr SCS went through the trial data behind each ingredient before choosing it, selected forms the body absorbs well, and set every dose at the level used in the published research rather than a sprinkle. Which supplement is best for acne-prone skin?
