How to take

Apply 1 pump to clean, dry skin in the evening before moisturiser—our highly potent formula means a little goes a long way. Always follow with broad-spectrum SPF30+ the next morning and for one week after discontinuing use. Gently pat into skin—avoid rubbing. Allow 5-10 minutes to absorb before applying additional products. For sensitive skin, start with 2-3 times per week for the first two weeks, then gradually increase to nightly use as your skin adjusts.

Take one capsule daily. Can be taken whole with water or opened and mixed into your favorite smoothie or yogurt if you prefer. Consistency is key—take at the same time each day for best results. If you experience any stomach sensitivity, take with a larger meal. Do not exceed one capsule per day. Results typically visible after 4-6 weeks of consistent use.
